Solutions:
1. Loosen the lug nuts
First, loosen the lug nuts. Then take a dead blow hammer and strike to the rim and tire; however, avoid hitting only the rim as it may cause damage. But if your tire is not fully flat, you can loosen the lug nuts slightly and drive in circles to dislodge the rim
2. Jack up your vehicle and remove the lug nuts
Now Jack up your vehicle after the rims fall off. After that, remove the lug nuts and pull off the rim.
3. Use Rust remover spray and remove the tires
Use Rust remover spray over the surface and between the rim and tire, and leave it for a few minutes. After that, rusty tires will be loosened, and you will be able to remove the tires.
